We cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock. Although we still aim to ship your order within 3 – 5 days of purchase.
Yes! Please give us a call on 01752 342809 to arrange collection. Then simply come to our Plymouth HQ and give your order number at reception.
Yes, we can offer a split delivery service. Allowing you to specify which products are sent to alternate addresses. This comes at an additional carriage charge, so please contact a member of our team on 01752 342809 to arrange this.
Our standard delivery charge is £10.50 for next day delivery* within England and Wales. For orders being sent to Scotland the delivery charge is between £10.50 to £18.70 for next day delivery* depending on the location. For deliveries to Northern Ireland the delivery charge is £18.70 for a 2-day delivery service*. For the Islands, the delivery charge is £21.95 for a 2-3-day delivery service*. For any international deliveries (including Southern Ireland), our delivery charge depends on the location we are sending to. For more information, please contact us.
*This is not 100% guaranteed but it is the service we send our parcels on, but our personal experience is that we have an excellent delivery service.

The prices we quote on our website do not include VAT. This will be added at the checkout and once purchased there will be no additional charges.
We offer two types of payment service, including pro-forma or 30 day account. Pro-forma payments must be paid upfront before your goods are dispatched. We can take payment by most credit cards and debit cards. Our Plymouth HQ also accept cash upon collection. 30 day account allows you to make an order and receive the goods, giving you 30 days to make payment. We offer goods for sale through:

Our prices may change and printed material such as e-brochure or advertisements will always show our best prices at the time of printing. During the period the e-brochure is valid, we may offer things at a lower price. This could be a special offer. Our website will always show the lowest price we have. If you order from a e-brochure which quotes a higher price, we will process your order at the lower price. We will always use the lowest price we are quoting at the time that your order is processed and this will never be more than the valid prices published in our e-brochure.
Unless we have your written authorisation, we will always need an authorised signature when delivering goods to you via courier, and upon collection.
We aim to keep sufficient stock so that we prevent running out. However, at times when there is unexpectedly high demand, we may unfortunately run out. If this happens, we may delay sending out your order for a couple of days while we receive new stock. If you have chosen a premium delivery option, or we are expecting a delay, we will use the information you have given with your order to let you know about the progress. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so at any time until we dispatch the goods. We normally pack and send out orders very quickly so if you want to cancel your order, please call us on 01752 342809 as soon as possible. If we have not already sent the goods out, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the form of payment used to place your order. We will make the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of cancellation. Unfortunately we cannon cancel your order once the goods have been sent.
If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, contact us at any time and we will work with you to deal with the problem. This may involve a repair, providing a replacement product or giving you a full or partial refund. We may ask for proof of faulty goods by sending an image. Return of faulty items are at customer’s expense.
Age restrictions apply to some goods we supply. By ordering these goods, you are confirming that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery, or collecting the goods, is also over 18. We will carry out age checks for all orders containing age-restricted items, and you may need to provide official documents as proof of age (either in person or by email, fax or post). We can cancel your order for age-restricted items if we have good reason to believe you do not meet the relevant age restriction.
